Does the product qualify as originating?

Tanned or crust hides and skins of bovine or equine animals. The preference only applies to originating goods. Enter the materials from outside the region and the Annex 3-B rule for this line is applied to them.

1. Does the product use any material not originating in Argentina, another Mercosur country or the European Union?

A material bought in Brazil or in Europe counts as from the region only if it originates there. The supplier can confirm it.
