«CP, salvo a partir de biodiésel no originario de las subpartidas 3824.99 y 3826.00; o se ha sometido a una destilación o reacción química, siempre que el biodiésel (incluido el aceite vegetal tratado con hidrógeno) de la partida 27.10 y las subpartidas 3824.99 y 3826.00 utilizado se obtenga por esterificación, transesterificación o hidrotratamiento.»
